Having organized numerous events teaching my girls about different countries, I’ve compiled a collection of exciting games that you can play at your next international party. Girls sit in a circle and a leader asks one girl to go in the middle of the circle. That girl is Skippyroo the kangaroo. The Skippyroo crouches forward on the floor, with her eyes closed, while the kids say “Skippyroo, kangaroo, dozing in the midday sun, comes a hunter, run, run, run”. At this time an leader points to a girl in the circle who then touches Skippyroo’s shoulder and says “Guess whose caught you just for fun?” Skippyroo has to guess the voice. If she guesses the voice correctly they swap places. The game begins again until everyone has a chance to be Skippyroo.
3. A new math question will be given- the first person to answer the question correctly will move to the next challenger in the column, and so forth throughout the classroom. If a person answers five questions correctly consequtively, they have to sit down at the challenger’s desk and the game starts again with two new challengers.
