I don’t root for any specific team, but part of me was happy that Tennessee won yesterday so we would get a winner-take-all National Championship game tonight. It felt like a fitting end for what has been an exciting season from coast-to-coast, and the game itself certainly lived up to the hype.

The College World Series (CWS), officially the NCAA Men’s College World Series (MCWS), is a baseball tournament held each June in Omaha, Nebraska. The MCWS is the culmination of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Baseball Championship tournament—featuring 64 teams in the first round—which determines the NCAA Division I college baseball champion. “Was there any doubt in anybody’s mind that somehow, some way, Game 7 was going to be crazy, unlikely?” Arizona first baseman Mark Grace said. “How could you get more unlikely than beating Mariano Rivera? But I’ll tell you what, this team believes.”

Great activity .. full of energy.. potentially running a couple of variations during the one game session could allow people whose strength isn’t maths for example to be able to still compete and not get too frustrated eg.allow 1 minute of maths then 1 minute of another variant and then again until you stop the game. This would exercise various abilities and cater for more people possibly .. Paper, Scissors,Rock would work well here too. Super fun.

I’m crazy when it comes to getting collectibles in any game and even more so when it’s a LEGO game. I’ve put around seventeen hours and only ten are for all the story modes. Keeping track of what you have and not collected is just a matter of going into the map of which ever island you want to check out. From there, you can easily see the different icons and set way points to them.
Ray Willmott of Pocket Gamer wrote that the iOS version was “good-old fashioned entertainment at its finest,” writing that “Traveller’s Tales has done a remarkable job of making everything feel refreshing, yet authentic.” Willmott wrote that the touch controls “occasionally aren’t receptive to your gestures – particularly for jumping. But the experience is generally fluid throughout.” Willmott noted the sound effects as being “a bit tinny”, but praised the soundtrack and wrote that the graphics “occasionally sparkle and dazzle on the small screen.” Willmott concluded that while the game was not flawless, it was “a pleasure to play.”
